Very friendly and helpful stuff. Rooms are modern, clean and equipped with air conditioning. You get free drinking water on each floor. To the bars and restaurants in La Punta you can walk around 15 min or take a taxi for a few pesos only. The beach of Zicatela is 2 min far by walking. Car kan be parked courtyard. There is a small swimming pool on the ground floor. Would recommend the hotel.
Love the location, close to beach, clean facilities nice little pool. Rooms variability - some air conditioners better than others but overall the location is perfect.
Excellent customer service. Valeria was outstanding. She answered all our questions and she gave us some recommendations of the places we could eat the next day Rooms where clean and with lots of space. Hotel is like 2 minutes walking to the beach. I will definitely stay here again. And I will recommend this hotel to friends.
Hotel is small but is clean and rooms are okay, however I did not like that pool is not warm, is ambient temperature and there are not much options to eat nearby, also no convenience stores, a little pricey taking into account those things
The location is perfect! The beach is across the street and it's a short walk to the market, restaurants, bars, and nightlife but not noisy at night. The room was huge and clean. The staff were so warm and friendly, can't wait to go back!!
Great value for the price, but don't expect a luxury hotel. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms and the pool are clean. From the hotel, you can walk 100 meters and youre already on the beach. 15 minutes walking to get to all the businesses in the Del Morro street. Excellent service, we had an issue with our reservation (our fault), and the host managed to solve it for us in less than 30 minutes. Heads up, the internet may be unstable if you want to do some remote work.
This is an amazing place to stay. The staff are kind and generous. The owner and his sons helped me with a lost luggage and when my card wasn’t work were patient and trusting that I would pay for my stay. It’s clean, safe and the views of the beach are spectacular. I can’t recommend this place enough. Top notch. The Wi-Fi is a bit frustrating but maybe that is for the best, forces you to go enjoy your time. I will be staying here again for sure.
Nice place and location. Lots of bare concrete walls and tile floors do allow for an eçho. A fair amount of stairs. No staff offer to help with luggage.
